I'm Douglas. I create sound sessions in Crieff and online, designed to help people slow down, settle their nervous system and properly switch off for a while.
My background is in music, sound and formal sound therapy training, but the sessions themselves are simple. No pressure. No performance. Just carefully held spaces where you can lie down, breathe deeply and rest.
