This year has been full.
Full of learning, full of mistakes, full of recalibration, full of moments that asked me to listen more carefully, to others, to sound, and to myself.
2025 taught me that rest is not optional in this work.
It is the foundation.
It is the teacher.
It is the thing that allows me to keep showing up honestly.
I learnt that growth doesn't always look like expansion.
Sometimes it looks like refinement.
Sometimes it looks like simplifying.
Sometimes it looks like saying "not yet" or "not this time".
And I learnt that the heart of Bothy Sound remains the same:
A quiet room, a warm welcome, and a simple invitation:
lie down, breathe, listen.
